Admission Process & Guidelines


 

Sri Dr. CSN Degree & PG College invites eligible candidates who have successfully passed the Board of Intermediate examinations conducted by the Board of Intermediate, Andhra Pradesh, or any other recognised boards, to participate in the web counseling process for Undergraduate programmes. The available programs include Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Commerce, Management, and Computer Applications, among others, leading to the prestigious awards of BA (Honours), BCom (Honours), BSc (Honours), BVoc (Honours), BBA (Honours), and BCA (Honours) for the academic year 2024-25.

We would like to inform all candidates that the online admission process, which includes registration and payment of the processing fee, will commence from 2nd July 2024. Following this, pending certificate verification at the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) will begin from 5th July 2024.

We encourage all eligible candidates to take advantage of this opportunity and apply online through admission portal. It is important to complete the registration process within the specified dates to ensure consideration for the available seats in the desired Undergraduate programmes at Sri Dr. CSN College for the academic year 2024-25.

Payment of Processing fee:

Rs. 400/- for OC, Rs. 300/- for BC, and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST. The payment can be made online using credit card, debit card, or net banking through the Fill Application & Payment Link

Verification of Certificates:

  • After filling the application form with all relevant details and on successful payment of processing fee, application number will be sent to the registered mobile number and email id, furnished at the time of filling the Registration page.

  • Candidates whose certificate data is already verified through web services can proceed for exercising web-options as per schedule.
  • For candidates whose certificate data is incomplete/irrelevant, an SMS will be sent to upload the certificates for verification. The candidate can also attend verification of certificates at HLC from 05.07.2024 after uploading them.
  • By entering the Application Number, date of birth and One Time Password the candidate can exercise the options from Home, subject to availability of internet facility/Internet Café/Helpline Center.
  • In respect of candidates whose data is found irrelevant/incorrect during verification, an SMS will be sent to the registered Mobile Number to re-upload the certificates. The candidate can also visit the nearest HLC for verification of certificates.
  • Such Candidates are informed that the verification of certificates viz SSC memo, Intermediate marks memo, VI class to Intermediate study certificates, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate/Ration Card, Economically Weaker section(EWS) certificate, Physically Challenged Certificate, Residence Certificate will be verified by verification officers.
  • Candidates belonging to special category like CAP, NCC/extracurricular activities/sports and physically challenged shall report to the specified help line centre for verification on the specified dates indicated in the Schedule, which will be held only once for online admissions for 2024-25 i.e from 04.07.2024 to 06.07.2024
  • Candidates who register for online admissions 2024-25 can only get their certificates verified under Special Category and by clicking ‘Yes’ at the appropriate field. They cannot attend Special Category verification directly without registration.
  • Unless the candidate fills in the application details online and exercises web options, he will not be considered for allotment of a seat.
  • All the candidates need not go to help line centers for verification of certificates. In case of candidates whose data is verified, displayed and agreed, they can directly proceed for option entry as per the schedule.
  • For such of the candidates whose data is found incorrect/irrelevant, in the verification process have to report to Help Line Centre and get the data verified and proceed for option entry.
  • For any help such as change of Mobile number, Non Receipt of Login Id, Registration Number or any other corrections, candidates are requested to approach nearest Help Line centers with valid proof.
  • Allotments now made are subject to the grant of affiliation from the University.

AP OAMDC Degree Admissions 2025–26

The Online Admissions Module for Degree Colleges (OAMDC) is the centralized platform for admissions into undergraduate programs in Andhra Pradesh. This system facilitates admissions into government, aided, and private unaided degree colleges across the state.

Admission Procedure

1. Online Registration

  • Visit the official OAMDC portal: https://oamdc.ap.gov.in

  • Complete the registration form with personal and academic details.

  • Pay the application processing fee:

    • ?400 for OC candidates

    • ?300 for BC candidates

    • ?200 for SC/ST candidates

  • Submit the application and note down the application number for future reference.

2. Certificate Verification

  • Candidates must verify their certificates either online or at designated Help Line Centres (HLCs).

  • Required documents include:

    • Intermediate Marks Memo

    • Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Memo)

    • Transfer Certificate (TC)

    • Study Certificates from Class VI to Intermediate

    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

    • Income Certificate (for fee reimbursement)

    • Aadhar Card

    • Passport Size Photograph

    • Scanned Signature

    • EWS Certificate (if applicable)

    • Local Status Certificate (if applicable)

    • Special Category Certificates (if applicable)

    • Parents' Consent Letter for SC/ST fee reimbursement

 

 

3. Web Options Entry

  • After successful certificate verification, log in to the OAMDC portal.

  • Select preferred colleges and courses based on merit and availability.

  • Save and freeze your choices before the deadline.

  • Note: Once options are frozen, they cannot be modified.

4. Seat Allotment

  • Seats will be allocated based on merit, preferences, and availability.

  • Check the allotment status on the OAMDC portal.

5. Self-Reporting & College Reporting

  • Download the provisional allotment letter from the OAMDC portal.

  • Click on "Self Reporting to the College Online" to confirm acceptance of the allotted seat.

  • Report to the allotted college with the required documents and fees within the specified timeframe.

  • Failure to report within the given period will result in the cancellation of the allotment
